NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec).

Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, and where prohibited by law.

By entering or otherwise participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Official Rules, which form a legally binding contract between you and the Sponsor. Please read carefully.

 

This Promotion requires binding arbitration on an individual basis and waives the right to jury trials or class actions.

 

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

 

The Hustle-N-Rust Dream Car Giveaway #HNR-01-280LS (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec), who are licensed drivers and of the legal age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence (19 in AL and NE; 21 in MS; 18 in all remaining U.S. states and Canada).

 

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Hustle-N-Rust LLC (“Sponsor”), Strike Force Agency LLC (“Administrator”), and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional partners, or internet agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents) or household members, are not eligible.

 

All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

 

 

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

 

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM PST on July 1, 2027, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on December 1, 2027 (“Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

 

 

3. HOW TO ENTER

 

 

A. Entry via Online Purchase

 

Eligible entrants will automatically receive five (5) entries for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible Hustle-N-Rust products purchased at www.Hustle-N-Rust.com during the Promotion Period.

 

• Gift Cards: Entries are awarded based on the face value of any gift card purchased (e.g., a $50 gift card = 250 entries).

• Returns: Returned purchases will void associated entries.

• Balance Payments: If a purchase exceeds a gift card balance, entries are earned based only on the remaining out-of-pocket amount.

• Deadline: Purchases must be completed by 11:59:59 PM PST on December 1, 2027.

• Email Opt-In: Entrants may voluntarily subscribe to receive marketing emails. Opt-in is not required and does not affect odds of winning.

 

 

B. Entry Multipliers

 

During the Promotion Period, Sponsor may announce temporary entry multipliers (e.g., 2×, 5×, 10×, 20×, 30×). For example, a $60 purchase during a 10× promotion equals 3,000 entries (60 × 5 × 10). Multiplier offers will be announced on the Sponsor’s website or official social media pages.

 

 

C. Bonus Entry Offers

 

Sponsor may announce bonus entry offers. Example:

 

• 15 bonus entries for $30–$49.99 purchases

• 25 bonus entries for $50–$99.99 purchases

• 50 bonus entries for $100 or more

 

Bonuses are cumulative with standard entry and multiplier rules.

 

 

D. No-Purchase Mail-In Entry

 

To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full name, street address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, date of birth, phone number, and email address on a plain 3 × 5 inch card.

Each valid envelope equals 60 entries.

During an official multiplier or bonus period, write the words “ENTRY MULTIPLIER” or “BONUS” in the lower right-hand corner of the envelope to qualify for those offers, provided postmarks correspond with the announced promotion dates.

 

Mail-in entries must be handwritten, postmarked by December 1, 2027, and received by December 5, 2027. Bulk or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

 

Important: No entry may include the contact information of another person. Any third-party information submitted will be deleted and will void the associated entry.

 

 

4. RANDOM DRAWING

 

A random drawing to select one (1) Grand Prize winner will occur on or about December 12, 2027, conducted by Strike Force Agency LLC (Administrator).

All decisions are final and binding.

Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

 

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION

 

The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or phone and must complete the following within 3 days of notification:

 

• Affidavit of Eligibility

• Release of Liability

• Prize Acceptance Form

• IRS Form W-9 (U.S.) or Form WBEN (Canada)

 

Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

Failure to return required documents or respond in time will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

 

6. PRIZE DETAILS AND VALUE

 

One (1) Grand Prize:

A custom-built 1969 Mercedes 280S 4-door sedan featuring a hand-built chassis, twin-turbo GM LS engine rated at 800-1000 HP, wide-body kit, and custom finish.

Approximate Retail Value: $125,000 USD

Plus: $30,000 USD cash (to assist with taxes or customization).

Total ARV: $155,000 USD.

 

Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, licensing, registration, and insurance. The prize value will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099.

Winner must possess a valid driver’s license and provide proof of required insurance prior to vehicle transfer.

 

• Delivery Options:

   

  • Free delivery anywhere within the continental U.S., or

  • Pickup in Sacramento, California within 30 days of notification.

• No Substitutions: Except at Sponsor’s discretion for equal or greater value.

 

Winner assumes all risk of loss or damage once prize is delivered or picked up.

 

 

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

By participating, entrants release the Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising directly or indirectly from participation, prize acceptance, or use.

 

Sponsor is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, pandemics, or government orders.

In the event of discrepancies between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Rules shall prevail.

 

 

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

 

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, city/state, and any photos or videos of the prize experience for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation or further notice.

 

 

9. NOTICE REGARDING WEBSITE INTEGRITY

 

Any attempt to damage the website or undermine the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or transmission failures. Entries suspected of automation, scripting, or fraud will be void.

 

 

10. PRIVACY

 

By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information for administration and prize fulfillment.

Data is governed by the Sponsor’s and Administrator’s Privacy Policies:

Personal data will not be sold or shared for unrelated marketing without consent.

 

 

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CHOICE OF LAW

 

All disputes or claims related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

Entrants agree to resolve disputes individually through binding arbitration in Sacramento, California, administered under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

 

No class or collective actions are permitted.

Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, for any matters not subject to arbitration.

 

 

12. SEVERABILITY

 

If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

 

 

13. CANADIAN RESIDENTS

 

Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to receive a prize. Sponsor may reimburse reasonable travel costs related to prize pickup at its discretion.

 

 

14. WINNER LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES

 

The winner’s name will be posted at www.Hustle-N-Rust.com on or about December 31, 2027, after verification.

These Official Rules will remain publicly available on the same website throughout the Promotion Period.
