**NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT, OR ACCEPTANCE OF A PRODUCT OFFER, WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS PROMOTION IS VALID ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC). VOID IN PUERTO RICO, QUEBEC & WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MANDATORY, BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AND TO A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY RECOVER.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Hustle-N-Rust Dream Car Giveaway HNR-01-280LS (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who are licensed drivers and legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS, and 18 in all remaining states, the District of Columbia and Canada). Employees of Hustle-N-Rust LLC (the “Sponsor”), Strike Force Agency LLC., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion partners, and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, and where prohibited. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on July 01, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on December 01, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

3. TWO WAYS TO ENTER

Eligibility via Online Purchase: To enter the promotion, participants must make an online purchase of eligible Hustle-N-Rust merchandise or product items on their website (www.Hustle-N-Rust.com) during the Promotion Period.
Entries Based on Purchase Amount: Entrants will receive five entries for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. The number of entries is calculated based on the list price of the purchase (excluding discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges). The entry count is rounded up to the next $1 increment.
Voided Entries for Returns: If a purchase is returned before the drawing, the associated entries will be voided.
Gift Card Purchases: Purchasers of gift cards will receive entries based on the face value amount of the gift card purchased. For example, a $50 gift card purchase will result in 250 entries.
Eligibility for Balance Due: Purchases made using a gift card are not eligible for entries. However, if the purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, entries will be awarded based on the balance due after the gift card is applied.
Purchase Deadline: Purchase transactions must be completed by 11:59:59 PM PST on December 01, 2024, and must include consent to enter the promotion to be eligible for entries via a purchase.
No Entry Limit: There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant can receive through purchases and consent.
Email Opt-In: Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further email communications from the Sponsor. Opting in is not required for participation and does not affect the chances of winning unless the Sponsor specifically issues entries for signing up for additional promotional communications
Consent for Future Communications: By opting in, the entrant grants the Sponsor permission to send future communications related to the Sponsor's services and products. However, the entrant can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

ENTRY MULTIPLIER:

Throughout the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may announce opportunities to increase the number of automatic online purchase entries you may earn by a multiplier, e.g., (2X), (5X), (10X), (20X), and (30X) (each an “Entry Multiplier”). When an Entry Multiplier is offered, entries will be multiplied based on the applicable Entry Multiplier, with each dollar spent normally earning 5 entries. For example, a $60 purchase during a 10X Entry Multiplier offer will earn 3,000 entries (60 dollars x 5 entries x 10 Multiplier = 3,000 entries). The timing for an Entry Multiplier offer will be determined solely by the Sponsor and will be announced on the Sponsor's website (at www.Hustle-N-Rust.com) and/or its social media pages. Mail-in entries will earn 60 entries by default. If the word “LIMITED” is handwritten in the left-hand corner of the envelope, an additional 100 entries will be received (these mail-ins are not subject to Entry Multipliers).

BONUS ENTRY:

Throughout the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may announce opportunities to earn online purchase bonus entries. For example, you can earn 15 bonus entries with a purchase of $30 to $49.99, 25 bonus entries with a purchase of $50.00 to $99.99, and 50 bonus entries for every purchase over $100.00. For instance, a $60 purchase during a Bonus Entry offer will earn 85 entries (60 + 25 = 85 entries). The timing for a Bonus Entry offer will be determined solely by the Sponsor and will be announced on the Sponsor's website (at www.Hustle-N-Rust.com) and/or its social media pages.

B. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY:

To receive sixty (60) entries without making any kind of purchase or payment, please follow these steps:

On an official 3”x5” entry form provided by Hustle-N-Rust, hand-print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address, and daytime telephone number, including the area code.
Additionally, you must provide the contact information of two (2) friends and/or family members, including their full names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. By submitting this information, you acknowledge and certify that you have obtained the consent of your friends and/or family members to include their details in this entry, and that they agree to the terms and conditions of this Promotion, including receiving promotional mailings, newsletters, and other communications from Hustle-N-Rust.
Place your completed entry form inside a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to it. Ensure your outer mailing envelope includes a valid return address, featuring your complete first and last name. Entries lacking a verifiable and legible return address will be considered incomplete and invalid.
Please note that only one entry is allowed per outer-mailing envelope. We do not accept bulk shipments containing multiple entries in a single package. All mail-in entries, including both the entry form and outer envelope, must be handwritten. Mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail entries are not permitted.
Entries must be postmarked by the promotion end date, which is December 01, 2024, and received by December 05, 2024, to qualify for the drawing. In case a postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in entry should be postmarked on the following business day.
Each valid mail-in entry will count as Five (5) entries, provided it adheres to the above-mentioned requirements.
To receive additional entries during an Entry Multiplier or Bonus offer without making a purchase, follow the mail-in entry instructions outlined above. For an Entry Multiplier, kindly handwrite the words “ENTRY MULTIPLIER” along with the Entry Multiplier (as described above) in the bottom right-hand corner of the envelope. For a Bonus, inscribe the word “BONUS” in the bottom right-hand corner of the envelope. Ensure that your mail-in entry is postmarked on or before the deadline specified in the offer and received within 5 days of the offer’s deadline.
Each mail-in entry that fully complies with the above requirements will earn the corresponding number of entries for the respective multiplier being offered (e.g., ENTRY MULTIPLIER 10X = 600 entries (60x10=600) per mailing envelope, ENTRY BONUS 50 = 110 entries (60+50=110) per mailing envelope, etc.).
In addition, to clarify which concurrent promotions you wish to enter, please write out the names of the promotions offered at the time on your entry form and check the box next to the promotion you are selecting. This ensures that your entries are properly allocated to the desired giveaways.
Mail-in entries that do not adhere to the specified format, are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or any other means, will be considered null and void. Submission of an entry does not serve as proof of receipt. We shall not be held responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries, or entries not received by the deadline. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. We will not acknowledge correspondence or entertain requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries.

Mail-In Entry Verification:

Mail-in entries will be verified based on the postage date to ensure authenticity for multiplier offers. Entries submitted outside the specified timeframe of an Entry Multiplier offer, in an attempt to gain multiplier entries when they are not officially offered, will be considered null and void.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select one (1) winner will be conducted on or about December 12, 2023, from among all eligible purchase and non-purchase mail-in entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Strike Force Agency LLC (the “Administrator”), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning a prize will depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone by the Administrator and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form, and where lawful, a Publicity Release along with a copy of his/her valid driver’s license. In addition, a W-9 Tax form (U.S. only) or a WBEN form (Canada only) will be required (collectively “Documents”). Canadian residents must also correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind (see details in #13 below). All completed Documents must be returned within 3 days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) of attempted delivery of the same. Failure to return required Documents or respond to a notification within the time specified, or the return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification without further notice, and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event, a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with the Official Rules, or is unable to claim the prize as specified, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize award is contingent on eligibility verification, and the potential winner completing and returning all required Documents.

Designated Family or Friend Surprise Reveal Option: If the potential winner wishes to share the excitement of their win with a designated family member or friend, they may provide the contact information of their chosen individual(s) as part of the winner notification process. By submitting this information, the potential winner acknowledges and agrees that their designated family member or friend may be contacted by the Administrator to facilitate a surprise reveal on the winner's behalf. The designated family member or friend will also be subject to the same notification and verification process outlined above.

If Sponsor or Administrator, acting on Sponsor’s behalf, is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if they fail to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prize(s) available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right not to award any or all of the prize(s).

SCAM ALERT: Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Promotions, our Administrator, Strike Force Agency, will contact you via the phone number and/or the email address you provided on your order/mail-in entry form. You will NEVER be asked to provide credit card information, bank details, or make any payments as a condition of a prize award. Such requests are indicative of scams. We do NOT use social media to contact winners of the Promotion. Prize winnings must be reported to the IRS when filing your tax returns, and any federal or state income taxes must be paid directly to the IRS by you. 6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), PRIZE VALUE STATED IN U.S. DOLLARS (USD):

One (1) Grand Prize – a customized pre-owned car, valued at approximately $125,000 plus $30,000*** cash. Total prize value: $155,000. Prize consists of only the item(s) specifically listed as part of the Prize.

Additional disclosures for the Prize:

Winner will be solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to the acceptance of the prize not specified as paid by Sponsor herein, including licensing, insurance, title, and registration fees, costs incurred by the winner related to the acceptance, pickup/transport, or use of the Prize, gasoline and vehicle maintenance, and any and all other expenses related to the acceptance and use of Prize, including, but not limited to, change of transportation, incidentals, tariffs or duties, surcharges, service charges, or charges and expenses associated with travel required to pick up Prize.

The value of the prize is taxable as income, and the winner will receive an IRS form 1099 (or its equivalent) for the total value of the prize selected as stated herein.

Two Prize Acceptance Options:

Prize Delivery: The Sponsor will deliver the prize to the winner's location within the Continental USA. However, all other costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to taxes, licensing, insurance, title and registration fees, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize Pickup: Winner must agree to arrange for the pickup of the Prize at a Sponsor-specified location in Sacramento, California within thirty (30) days of notification of availability from the Sponsor. Failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause the Prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

Winner Requirements:

Winner must possess required travel documents (e.g., a government-issued ID, passport), as applicable. Winner will be responsible for all aspects of operating the automobile prize. Winner must have a valid driver’s license which permits operation of the prize vehicle in the winner’s state/province of residence and evidence of legally required insurance prior to taking delivery, and may be required to provide proof of such documentation, as well as taxpayer identification numbers, prior to being confirmed as a winner.

Alternate Winner:

In the event the winner is unable to take delivery of the prize or is found to be ineligible for any reason, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value (where lawful), at its sole discretion.

Delivery Disclaimer:

The Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or those outside of Sponsor’s control. If the fulfilling merchant cancels the order for reasons out of Sponsor’s control, and the prize cannot be delivered, no additional compensation will be provided or, if a substitute prize is provided, the difference in value between the substitute prize and the advertised prize will not be provided in cash. Prize winner bears all risk of loss, damage, or theft to their prize and/or their prize check is cashed without permission after obtaining ownership, and Sponsor will not replace it. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

Prize Quantity Clarification:

Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won. If, by reason of a print, technical, or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, prize winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. All details and restrictions of the prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating in this Promotion, entrants/winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, YouTube, and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners, and internet agencies, along with their officers, directors, agents, successors, and assigns, from any claim or liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, or loss, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in or winning this Promotion, accepting/receiving/using the prize, or the use of any Promotion-related materials, including photos and videos. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any disruptions, delays, or cancellations that may prevent the Promotion from being conducted as planned, or for any issues related to the awarding of the prize, such as acts of nature, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, epidemics, compliance with governmental orders, or similar events beyond the Sponsor's control. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion Entities shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, including injuries, damages, or losses to persons, including death, or to property, arising from accessing and using any associated website or downloading materials from it. In case of any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures in promotional materials, these Official Rules will govern and take precedence. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical errors or other inaccuracies in promotional materials or in the announcement of the prize.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize constitutes the winner's permission and grant to the Promotion Entities and their respective agencies to use the winner's name, likeness, entry, photographs, voice, opinions, biographical information (including hometown and state), prize details, quotes attributed to the winner, and other elements of the winner's persona for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes. This may include announcing the winner's name on television or radio broadcasts and using such information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, permission, or notification. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees to potentially being recorded, photographed, or videotaped as part of the prize award ceremony. Any rights to these recordings, audio, or photographs solely belong to the Sponsor and may be used in any media worldwide at the Sponsor's discretion, without additional review, notice, approval, compensation, or consent from the winner or any third party.

9. NOTICE REGARDING WEBSITE DAMAGE: It is prohibited for any individual to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion. Such actions are violations of criminal and civil laws, and if any such attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable, or mis-transcribed phone, email, or internet transmissions, inaccurate announcements, technical hardware or software failures, or any injury or damage to a person's computer resulting from participating in or accessing materials related to the Promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit an entrant's ability to participate. The Promotion Entities are not liable for undeliverable emails caused by active or passive email filtering by an entrant's Internet service provider or email client or for insufficient space in an entrant's email account to receive emails. The Sponsor retains the right to cancel or modify the Promotion in the event that circumstances beyond its control, such as fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics, labor disputes, acts of God, acts of public enemies, or other force majeure events, disrupt the integrity of the Promotion, or if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures compromise the administration or security of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor or its agencies. In such cases, a notice will be posted online, and a drawing to award the Grand Prize will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or modification. The failure of the Released Parties to enforce any provision of these Official Rules due to acts of God, epidemics/pandemics, acts of public enemies, or any other circumstances outside of the Sponsor's control or force majeure events will not constitute a breach of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the person whose name appears on the online order form or mail-in entry. Any damage to the Website resulting from an entrant's actions will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted during entry. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Entries suspected of being fraudulent, including those using automated methods of participation, will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit an individual's participation if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any participation requirements or provisions in these Official Rules.

10. PRIVACY: By participating in this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Promotion Entities and their authorized agents for the purpose of administering the Promotion and prize fulfillment. Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.Hustle-N-Rust.com/privacy-policy, and the Administrator's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.StrikeForce.Agency.com/privacy-policy.cfm (collectively, the "Privacy Policies").

11. CHOICE OF LAW, JURISDICTION, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: This Promotion is open to residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Any disputes or questions regarding the interpretation, validity, or enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Promotion Entities in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its choice of law principles. The Promotion Entities' failure to enforce any provisions of these Official Rules shall not be deemed a waiver of such provisions. By participating, entrants agree that in the event of a disagreement with the Promotion Entities arising from, connected to, or related to the Promotion, these Official Rules, or the Privacy Policies, they will provide a written notice to the Sponsor ("Demand"). Entrants agree to delay any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until 10 business days after sending the Demand. This informal dispute resolution process applies even to disagreements that may have arisen before accepting these Official Rules or the Privacy Policies. The Demand should be sent to the following address: Hustle-N-Rust, 7493 Reese Rd, Unit A, Sacramento, CA 95828, Attention: Legal Department, with a copy to the Administrator at Strike Force Agency LLC., 3211 Chenu Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821. Entrants further agree that they will not file a class action or collective action against the Promotion Entities or join their claims with those of others. If the class action waiver is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the agreement to arbitrate shall be null and void, and any arbitration dispute at that time will be dismissed without prejudice, allowing the dispute to be refiled in court. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of the State of California, located in Sacramento, California, for any action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to the Promotion, regardless of the time or circumstances under which disputes may have arisen.

12. SEVERABILITY: If any term or provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under the law, that specific term or provision shall be deemed ineffective, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.

13. ADDITIONAL RULES FOR CANADIAN RESIDENTS: Potential Canadian winners may be required to answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by mail or telephone before receiving any prize. Canadian winners may receive compensation to cover expenses associated with picking up the prize vehicle at the Sponsor's business address. Winners must have all necessary travel documents within the specified time frame mentioned in Section 6.

14. WINNERS LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES: The name of the Prize Winner will be posted on www.Hustle-N-Rust.com on or about December 31, 2024, or after verifying the Grand Prize winner. The Official Rules will be available on www.Hustle-N-Rust.com throughout the Promotion Period.
